Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

You may inspect and try the goods to assess their nature and function, similar to how you would in a physical store. We may apply a proportional reduction in refund value if the goods show diminished value beyond normal inspection.
How to start a return

- We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package.
- Ship the package to the return address we provide.
Products returned without a Return Authorization Number cannot be processed.
Return conditions
Items must be returned in like-new condition: unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all included accessories.
You may inspect and try the goods to assess their nature and function. We may apply a proportional reduction in refund value if the goods show clear signs of wear or use beyond reasonable inspection.

If your original order qualified for free shipping but the return brings the remaining order below the free shipping threshold for your delivery country, the standard shipping cost that would have applied to the remaining items will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs vary by destination country, order weight, and carrier.
Free shipping thresholds by country:

Return shipping costs
The Rag Company Europe covers return shipping costs in the following cases:
- The item is defective
- The item received was incorrect
- An error was made on our part
In all other cases (changed your mind, did not like the product, ordered the wrong item, etc.) return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
For covered returns, we provide a pre-paid PostNL or UPS return label. If a returned product is determined to be non-defective or the return was not the result of our error, the cost of the pre-paid label will be charged back to the customer.
Custom-made items
Custom-made items cannot be returned, as they are produced to your specific requirements. Custom items are clearly marked as such on the product page. Please verify all custom-item details are correct before placing your order. We can only accept returns on custom items if there is a manufacturing error.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on unused items.
To start an exchange:

- Tell us which item you are returning and which item you would like in exchange.
- Send back the original item.
- Upon receipt, we ship the new item. Any price difference (less shipping) will be credited or charged to your original payment method.
Defective or damaged items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at +31(0)850511838 or info@theragcompany.eu immediately. We will arrange a pre-paid return label and either ship a replacement or process a full refund, including original shipping costs.
