KOCH-CHEMIE FINE CUT F6.01 is een intelligente machinale polish van de nieuwste generatie met unieke aluminiumoxidekwaliteit. De intelligente korrelgrootte zorgt voor een zeer snelle, volledige verwijdering van wassysteemkrassen en soortgelijke gebruikssporen en geeft het lakwerk een langdurige diepe glans. Schuursporen van schuurmiddelen van korrel 2500 worden moeiteloos verwijderd. FINE CUT F6.01 is daarom bij uitstek geschikt voor het perfect opknappen van matig tot sterk verweerd lakwerk. Perfect afgestemd op de behandeling van krasvaste lak.

Aanbevelingen voor gebruik
Breng het fijne polijstmiddel aan op de polijstpad (Koch-Chemie FINE CUT (Geel) Pad of lamswollen pad) en polijst het voorgereinigde oppervlak met max. 2.000 toeren per minuut kruislings. Het reinigingseffect kan worden gevarieerd door middel van druk, polijstmiddel en toeren per minuut. Bij het begin van het polijstproces adviseren wij om met hogere druk te werken bij een lagere snelheid. In het verdere verloop de druk verlagen en polijsten tot een hoge glans bij een hogere snelheid. De resterende polijstresten kunnen eenvoudig worden verwijderd met de microvezeldoek Edgeless 300 of Edgeless 365 van The Rag Company. Verwijder eventuele strepen of sporen van polijstmiddel met Koch-Chemie MICRO CUT M3.02.
