Dealer and Business Program Terms & Conditions

The Rag Company Dealer and Business Program Agreement is entered into by and between The Rag Company and all parties accepted into The Rag Company Dealer and Business Program. This agreement becomes effective on the date all required Dealer and Business Program forms and support documentation have been received and accepted by The Rag Company Dealer and Business Program administrators.

The Rag Company Dealer and Business Program is designed for our customers with a focus on the resale of any and all products supplied by The Rag Company, as well as for those who own or manage a business. All parties that are accepted into the Rag Company Dealer and Business Program are required to abide by the following rules and regulations. Non-compliance or failure to follow the outlined requirements may result in permanent removal from The Rag Company Dealer and Business Program.

All parties interested in participating in The Rag Company Dealer and Business Program MUST:

    Submit a valid official Seller’s Permit (Resale Certificate) from your state to be filed with The Rag Company (electronic version submitted with the enrollment form).

    Follow Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) pricing as posted on The Rag Company website. You are not permitted to sell online or in a store-front at a price lower than what is displayed for the same product on The Rag Company website. Temporary limited-time sales at a percentage discount of the MAP price are permitted (e.g., 10% Off), but not as part of everyday pricing. These sale prices cannot exceed seven (7) consecutive days and cannot be offered more than five (5) times per year.

    Not list or sell any of The Rag Company branded products on Amazon. Selling The Rag Company's branded products on Amazon is strictly prohibited for parties other than The Rag Company. Violation of this policy will result in removal from the Dealer and Business Program, as well as legal repercussions.

    Only place orders for the business listed on this account with the intent of reselling all purchased products. Un-taxed purchases made for external organizations or personal use are strictly not permitted.

    Represent The Rag Company brand positively. If it is determined at any time that you or your company are not representing The Rag Company in a positive manner on Social Media, Online Forums, Online Videos, etc., you may be removed from the program after an internal review by The Rag Company management. The Rag Company reserves the right to make all final decisions related to brand representation.

By participating in The Rag Company Dealer and Business Program, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your participation in the program.
